Here's how I celebrated May the 4th be with you . . . .
I brought my Sith Lord cape to school. (It used to function as a witch cape.) I drew a student's name from the pit-of-despair (an old frosting can covered with scrapbook paper and filled with tongue depressors on which each student's name is written) at the beginning of each hour and allowed them to wear the cape all hour.

The rule was that they could wear the hood completely over their face only when they were seated. If they needed to move about the room, the hood had to come back. Wouldn't you know that it was the birthday of the kid I drew in 1st hour. And over the announcements the principal called him and the other birthday students down to the office. And he went wearing the cape.

P.S. Not until 7th hour did I have a girl opt to wear the cape. Go girl!
