Shameless Self Promotion: But Aren't They So Cute?

The family pictures I had taken at JC Penny a few weeks back really did turn out beautifully. Unfortunately, JC Penny is nazi when it come to protecting their intellectual property: the only way for me to get a digital copy of my own kids' pictures was to pay $100 for a CD. Really. If I had known that when they took them, I probably would have JUST ordered the CD, but what do you do?

Anyway, take a minute to watch the videos. I think little kids can only be fully appreciated in action. They never hold still long enough for any other medium.

The first video is called "The Youngling."

The second is called "Freckle-Nose: The Short-legged Racer."

This is the baby who is rolling over so quickly now that there is hardly time to change his diaper. His video is titled "Baby G." The background noise was a rousing game of Candyland.

They are so cute! I had no idea #2's hair was such a gorgeous red. At least it looks like a deep amber color in the video. #1 is so big I barely recognized him. Baby looks like Mommy! Growing so fast. Thanks for posting the videos. You guys look happy.

What cute little men you have and very accomplished. Loved the light sabers, the blur of little legs, and your littlest.

They're all so sweet. Can't believe how much the tiniest has grown!

#2 isn't quite that red. The video makes him look like that and when he is in the sunlight there is a definite undertone. It is fitting, though, he has my coloring in every other particular--the fair skin, freckly-nose, eyes almost too gray to be blue. In fact, since I moved away from Houston, I've finally fought the urge to be a blond when I saw how good his coloring matched his dark hair. Mine is almost just like his now.

Hi Science Teacher Mommy, this is Amy Duffy, Callan's mom. I reached your blog through about 3 others! Anyway, I'm glad to see things are going so well for you guys. I showed Callan the videos and he screamed"That's Ammon!" Then he wondered why he never sees him anymore? And for like the 50th time, I swear, I explained that we all moved to different places. It was funny, we went to visit my in-laws in Washington over Christmas and Callan remembered where you guys moved and asked why we couldn't drive and visit you guys for Christmas break!! So, sometimes he remembers all the moves and other times not! Anyway, just wanted to say hi. If you would like to take a look at our blog, it's loganduffy.blogspot.com. Talk to you later.
